Make your reservations now! Spring Tours to be held May 19-23
Plan now to bring your brood to the farm! The South 47 Farm in Redmond is now taking reservations for fun and educational spring farm tours for schools and other groups. Students will enjoy coming face-to-face with baby plants and animals as they explore new life on the farm. They’ll plant sunflowers, learn how seeds grow, meet adorable baby chicks, and make a mini-greenhouse to take home. Plus, each class receives a cherry tomato plant to grow in the classroom. Field trips are suitable for ages preschool through third grade. For older students, ask about the farm's sustainable farming tours.
Field trips will be held Monday through Friday, mornings and afternoons, May 19-23. One week only. Cost is $6 per child, $90 minimum per group. Teachers and supervising adults are free. RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. Call Cindi at 425-753-0756 or email south47farmtours@yahoo.com reserve your space.
